Ice Massage For Back Pain

You may use ice in various forms. For instance, you can simply put some ice cubes and wrap it in a towel and use it on the affected area. Alternatively, you can also use cold packs that are prepared in the stores. It is easy to keep these things in the freezer, so that it is readily available when needed. However, you will have to be cautious while using the store prepared cold packs, as they can split and the gel inside might leak out and damage the skin. However, if none of these things are available, you may grab a packet of frozen vegetables such as frozen peas or corn. Since, these vegetables are small they can mold themselves into the affected area.

Another easy method to make an icemassage is by taking a paper cup that is made up of Styrofoam, fill it with water and freeze it. Then just peel the back of the cup and expose some ice. You may massage the affected area with this.
